dc.description.abstract本研究之主要架構以產業組合分析為基礎,建構氫燃料產業之競爭策略,並以市場成長曲線與氫燃料產業價值鏈為做為分析模型之縱橫軸。透過此一分析區隔出氫燃料產業之定位,並利用產業創新需求要素分析模式及產業專家之意見調查,分析歸納出發展氫燃料產業的關鍵成功要素,提出氫燃料未來發展的可能經營策略。 分析後結果得出,氫燃料產業目前定位在市場成長曲線的萌芽期,以及產業價值鏈中的基礎研究階段;未來冀望針對製造技術持續投入,使氫燃料產業順利進展到生產技術的成長期。 為輔助氫燃料產業成長,本研究根據產業創新需求要素與政策類型的分析結果得到,政府需要優先提供與加強的要素有:「國家基礎研究能力」、「國家整體對創新的支持」、「政府對產業政策的訂定」、「同業間的技術合作」、「產業間的技術整合」、「專門領域的研究機構」、「規格制定能力」、「系統整合(放大)能力」、「先進與專業的資訊流通與取得」、「國家基礎建設」、「針對產業特殊用途的設施」、「政府優惠制度」、「提供長期資金的銀行或金融體系」、「研究經費」。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis reports on developing a strategic assessment of the hydrogen fuel industry, using a portfolio model to assess competitive and strategic requirements. The portfolio model entails a two-dimensional analysis, containing market s-curve (vertical axis) and the value chain (horizontal). Three research methods used for data collection are literature review, expert interview, and general survey. Research results reveal that hydrogen fuel industry is positioned at the burgeoning stage of the market s-curve, and also be at R&D satge of the value chain. Future prospects should be placed at the position between burgeoning region and developing region of the market s-curve, and base on the R&D stage to move to production technology region of the value chain. Future analysis leads to a conclusion that the most critical categories of policy instruments are “Basic research capability of Nation”, “Full support to national innovation systems”, “Government policies in support of industrial innovation”, “ Institute in the field”, “Technology cooperation and integration”, “ Capable to setup specification”, “ Capability of Scaling up and Integration”, “Infrastructure development”, “Cultivation of professional researchers” and “Financial support”.en_US
