摘要: 由於運輸及通訊科技的進步,時間及空間的距離漸漸縮短,使得交易障礙日益減少,也促使產業的競爭全球化。同時企業在面對產品生命週期變短、全球經濟環境快速變遷,產業動態競爭下,經營策略必須更快速與更具有彈性,因應市場需求。此時企業希望透過資訊科技協助企業降低成本、提升品質、縮短交期及快速回應以爭取商機,進而提升企業整體競爭優勢。台灣資訊服務業市場佔全球 0.79%,因此更需拓展國際市場, 特別是中國大陸市場近年來成長快速,為我國產業未來發展外銷之重點目標。 本研究藉由產業競爭分析之論點探討台灣資訊科技服務業之潛在競爭力與競爭優勢,透過三個競爭環境因素,及其構面為主要架構,分別找出影響產業競爭的優勢、劣勢及企業整體環境機會與威脅分析,依據產業特性與現況,設計多重的衡量構面指標之調查問卷,再透過訪談個案A公司之資深經理人取得初級資料,進行個案分析,然後參考蒐集之次級資料,對結果加以深入分析與研判。 由研究結論得知,個案公司著重完整產品組合整體搭配銷售的業務觸角及先進科技技術的領導力,掌握市場趨勢取得競爭優勢。台灣資訊服務業者規模普遍過小,缺乏足夠的資源來進行研發與國際市場競爭,另外還需著重人員素質的提升,了解客戶需求,掌握使用者未來發展趨勢。最後提出些許建議,以對台灣資訊科技服務業者之未來發展有所助益。
Owing to the transportation and communications technology to more advancement to curtail the time and space gradually, and makes the transaction obstacle less, to promote globalize competition in industry. In this moment, enterprise against the product life cycle in the shorter, and the global economic environment quick change, live in dynamic competitive industry, so that the business strategy must be more rapid and flexible response to take action in market demand. At this point, enterprise would like through Implement Information Technology to reduce costs, to improve quality, shorten delivery and quick response to their business and to enhance overall competitive advantage. Taiwan's Information Technology Service for Global market share is 0.79% , so need to expand the international market. Especially China market in fast-growing in recent years, the key objectives is export to China in future development of industry. With the view of industry competition analysis, the research studies the potential competitiveness and competitive advantage of Taiwanese information technology service. The competitive environment through the three factors and the dimensions of the main structure, to identify the impact of industry competition By defining three factors in competitive environment and the dimensions of the main structure to identify the impact for advantages and disadvantage of industry competition and to analysis the opportunities and threat under the overall environment of enterprise. The inquisition questionnaire is designed according to the industry characteristic and the current conditions and through interview of the experience managers in the case A company to get draft information to ongoing study case, and the research finds some conclusions. The case company focused on a complete product portfolio with cross sales in the business and the advanced technology skill in leadership also adapts to market trend to obtain competitive advantage. Taiwan's Information Technology service providers in general too small scale and lack of adequate resources to carry out research and development and international market competition. Also a need to focus on upgrading the quality of personnel, understanding of customer needs, to master the development trend of the user. Finally, have a little suggestion to those of Taiwan's Information Technology Service Providers be helpful for future development.
