台灣血糖測試產業之商業模式的個案研究

Abstract

本研究以醫療器材產業中血糖測試產業及產業中之三家領導廠商為研究對象，以該三家廠商之公開資訊為主並利用工業工程方面角度，深入解讀財務報表，探討這三家廠商之商業模式差異及不同之商業模式在財務報表的構面上所造成之差異。本研究選定該產業中已上市/櫃的三家廠商五鼎、泰博、華廣為研究對象進行財務報表分析，希望透過財務報表分析來了解領導廠商具高競爭力的原因及三者因商業模式的不同所造成之財務結構面上之差異，並思考是何種商業模式造成領導廠商維持領先的地位，期望本研究的結果，可以提供該產業中正力爭上游的公司及想投入該產業的廠商一些經營策略上之建議。

The research mainly studies the blood glucose monitoring system in medical device industry and three leading companies in the industry as its research targets. Based on the public information from the leading companies and with the aspect of industrial engineering, the research interprets their financial statements in depth. Besides, it discusses the differences of their business models and the different structures in their financial statement affected by their business models. The research chooses three listed companies/available in the market separately are Apexbio, Taidoc, and Bionime as its research targets to analyze their financial statements hoping through the analysis of the financial statement to find out the reasons why those three leading companies are highly competitive and their diversity of their financial structure due to different business models. Furthermore, the research will deliberate what kind of business models they have keeping the companies to be on the top. Finally, researchers anticipate the result of this study can provide some recommendations of management strategy for those companies that are growing in the medical device industry and those that want to go into this industry.
