摘要: 隨著資訊科技的進步及網際網路的發展,在政府大力推行資訊教育政策下,國小學校中也有許多網路服務。學校人員在行政、教學和學習獲得很多幫助,而人們也可以透過網路連結至學校網站獲得學校相關訊息。校園E化的環境提供師生很多便利。 然而E化的校園環境隨著時代的改變,從訊息公佈的空間轉變為一個互動的空間。學校人員使用這些網路服務需要操作很多介面,也需要記住各個系統操作帳號和密碼。 本研究採用Xoops這個自由軟體,並參考企業資訊入口網站,歸納出校園入口網站之架構。並且希望校園入口網站能整合校園各種網際網路服務,並且利用單一的帳號通行校園網際網路服務。以協助使用者能協同合作,並且依據不同的使用者而有不同架構的「校園資訊入口網站」。
With the progress of the information technology and the popularity of the Internet, most elementary schools in Taiwan nowadays provide a lot of Internet services. Encouraged by the Government's policy regarding computer education, a lot of teachers and staffs in school begin to use the Internet services in administrative tasks, in teaching, and as well as in learning new knowledge. People also receive the school news from the school website. E-campus environment provides much convenience for the teachers and students. However, the E-campus environment is evolving from a simple bulleting board into many interactive websites. People in the school use these Internet services need to remember the account and password of each system. And they also have to be mastering with different user interfaces of those systems. In our study, we use Xoops, an open source software, to build a portal for the school, including planning, design, and implementation. Xoops is an Object Oriented Content Management System (CMS). Through this portal, we integrate a variety of Internet services in school. The authentication of users to the portal is done through an E-mail system. In this way, user can access all of our services with only one account and one password. This is similar to the Single Sign On (SSO) feature.During the planning phase, we investigate the architecture of Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) and take advantage from it. The role of the user is also taken into consideration so that the appearence and structure of the portal will vary with different user since different users might have to access different sites.
