dc.description.abstract微機電系統技術在經過40多年來的發展,在近年來智慧型手機及互動遊戲的興起下,微機電應用將呈現大幅度的成長,根據各國市調機構報告,未來每年成長率大於15%。對台灣來說,微機電產業可以結合台灣固有的產業與研究趨勢,是相當有潛力的新領域。 本篇論文以微機電產業之市場狀態、產業結構、競爭優勢等方面,探討台灣微機電產業的競爭與問題解決策略,研究方法主要利用五力分析、價值鏈分析、產業生命週期、SWOT等,以全面進行研究與探討。並針對最有潛力的微機電元件”微加速度感測器”進行個案研究。在以下兩方面,提出結論與建議,以提供產、官、學界在政策制定,經營方式與策略佈局參考。 1.全球專業分工的趨勢下,分析台灣微機電產業所具有的定位與特質。 2.經由個案探討,檢視台灣微機電產業發展現況,趨勢及競爭策略分析。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractMEMS technology after 40 Years of development, under the rise of smart phones and interactive games in recent years, MEMS application renders a significant growth. According to the market report from different countries, future annual growth rate is greater than 15%. On Taiwan, MEMS industry can combine Taiwan inherent trend of industry and research, is the considerable potential of the new area. This paper is to study MEMS industry market conditions, industry structure, competitive advantages and other aspects to explore Taiwan MEMS industry competition and problem-solving strategies. Research methods use five forces analysis, value chain analysis, life cycle, SWOT to carry out a comprehensive study and discussion on. Case study is focused on the most potential MEMS components of "micro-acceleration ". In the following two aspects, conclusions and recommendations were provided to government, academia and industry for policy formulation, management and strategy layout reference. 1.under the global trend towards specialization, analysis of Taiwan’s MEMS industry position and features. 2.through case studies, view Taiwan’s MEMS industry development status, trends and analysis of competition policy.en_US
