摘要: | 台灣是海島國家,天然資源貧乏,在全民的努力之下,從貧困的農業小國,鋭變成工業大國,近年來更成為IT産業大國,是全球IT産業最重要的供應鏈之一,在生産IT産品與零組件的同時,需使用大量的貴重金屬與稀土原料,而電子廢棄物又稱「E-waste」,回收處理,則可產出金、銀、銅、錫、鋁、鎳、銻、鈷、鋰、白金等有價貴重金屬與稀土原料。同時,電子廢棄物中含有汞、硒、鎳、鉛、鉻等有害元素,在回收處理過程中容易對環境和人身健康造成污染與傷害,電子廢棄物一方面造成重大的環境問題及社會負擔,但同時也帶來龐大的商機。隨著環保意識的抬頭,政府的干預也不斷提高,為避免大量電子廢棄物造成資源浪費與環境負擔,歐盟於2003年公告WEEE指令,以立法規範的方式加速電子廢棄物的回收腳步。台灣的電子廢棄物回收產業,如何善用台灣在IT産業供應鏈的優勢,兼顧環保與獲利便成為最嚴峻的挑戰,也是最重要的課題。
在個案研究中,常運用競爭優勢分析方式,對研究個案來探討其競爭優勢。本研究即是嘗試利用Weihrich的SWOT分析方法,發現個案G公司在電子廢棄物回收業產的競爭優勢,以呈現個案G公司的優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅。 Taiwan is an island nation, poor in natural resources, the efforts of the whole people, from poor farming country, Yue becomes the major industrial countries in recent years be-come the big countries of the IT industry, is the most important one of the supply chain in the global IT industry, Taiwan production of IT products and components at the same time, it is necessary to use a lot of precious metals and rare earth materials, and electronic waste, also known as "e-waste, the E-for waste waste", contains a large number of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, plastics, precious metal renewable resources. Electronic waste through effective recycling means you can recycle the output of (Au),(Ag),(Cu),(Sn), (Al),(Ni),(Sb),(Co),(Li),(Pt)and rare earth materials. At the same time, electronic waste containing(Hg),(Se),(Be), (Pb),(Ci),(Cd) and other harmful elements in the recovery process easier for the environment and human health caused by pollution and injury, the rapid in-crease in electronic waste on the one hand cause a major environmental problem , but also bring enormous business opportunities. With the rise of consumer awareness of environ-mental protection, government intervention to avoid a large number of electronic waste to a waste of resources and the environmental burden, the European Union in 2003, the first an-nouncement of the WEEE Directive to speed up the electronic waste recycling footsteps legislative norms . This green frenzy rapid spread of global e-waste recycling industry in Taiwan naturally can not relieve the trend outside, how to make good use of the advantages of Taiwan's IT industry supply chain, taking into account environmental protection and profitability has become the most serious e-waste recycling industry challenges, the most important issue. In case studies, often make use of a competitive advantage, The development of the case study to explore its competitive advantage. This study is to try to use Weihrich 'SWOT analysis, to find the G companys competitive advantage in the production of e-waste recy-cling industry to explore their strengths、weaknesses、opportunities、threats。 |
