dc.description.abstract台北市區機車使用的普及和持有率的快速成長,使機車與汽車混合交通流成為本市的特殊交通型態,從各方面資料分析結果,機車成長在短期內仍是持續增加,而機車車輛的增加,將會使北市帶來嚴重的交通問題;又機汽車混流行駛有他先天上行車安全性低和道路使用效率差的不良後果,如何改善及增加道路容量,提高使用人的安全、減少肇事傷亡,及係一重要之課題。 本文就台北市之道路型態、肇事資料、人口增加率及機汽車持有率等方面予以分析,期以確認在市區內設置機車左轉待轉區、機車專用道、機車駕駛人戴安全帽之必要,以解決台北市機汽車混流之影響,並使機車肇事率能達到最低點。為助於上述理想之實現,乃嘗試在執行、工程、教育的三E措施與保險理賠方面擬訂方案,以便對於促進機車安全方面有所助益。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOwing to the general usage and owning of motorcycle, mixed traffic flow has been a special traffic characteristics in Taipei, Statistic data show that motorcycle will still be increased incoming future and will make the traffic Problem, in Taipei more serious, mixed traffic flow inherently has the attributes of low safety and efficiency for road usage. So the study of motorcycle will be an important step for any attempt to decrease the effect of mixed traffic flow. This article establishes the relationships of accident patterns with road types, car and motorcycle ownership with population. From them, the necessity of installing left turn storage area for motorcycle, setting out exclusive motorcycle lanes, and weaving helmet for motorcycle oriver can be identified. To achieve these, some approaches are suggested from the viewpoints of Engineering, Education, Enforcement, insurance and compensating.en_US
