摘要: | 本篇论文提出一种经过改良有限元素法的新方法来分析有限个周期性结构 波导的电磁场问题。 我们在介质填充的平行板波导内,放置矩形及三角形 等介质栅或金属栅为例来加以分析, 对于数值的结果则用收敛及与其它论 文比较的方式来检验。 最后, 我们求出散射参数与频率、周期结构 、介 质高度、 相态变化等的关系, 并盼望能加以应用。 A modified finite element method with new solving algorithm is proposed to analyze the electromagnetic problems of finite periodic structures. The dielectric-loaded parallel-platees with rectangular and triangular dielectric gratingas an example of the present approach. Numerical results are checked by the self-convergence test and by comparing with those obtained by other methods. Finally, the dependences of the scattering parameters on the frequency, the period number,the grating height are analyzed and compared. |
