摘要: 在知識經濟時代的產業競爭中,員工的知識價值已經成為企業決勝的一個關鍵。因此企業主管無不絞盡心思,期望能夠透過人力資源管理中的各項功能來提升組織的競爭力。其中教育訓練則是人力資源管理中提升員工知識與組織競爭力的首要推手。 隨著教育訓練的逐漸被重視,多位學者也曾提出教育訓練管理資訊系統的研究。然而,在教育訓練管理資訊系統的架構上,僅對教育訓練的管理提供協助,對於教育訓練後員工所得的知識,並沒有提供儲存與分享的機制。 因此本研究中提出一個整合網路社群、文件管理平台的教育訓練管理系統架構。藉此架構,讓教育訓練除了訓練員工的功能外,可以在企業中形成學習型組織,並運用網路社群來儲存、分享知識,使教育訓練所產生的知識得以在組織間快速流動,進而刺激企業知識的創新與發展。 最後,採取本研究所提出的方法實際建構知識分享型教育訓練管理資訊系統,印證其可行性。
In the industry competition of the knowledge economy era, the staff's knowledge has seemed as a key factor to win the enterprises competitions. So enterprise's executive tries to use any human resources management methods and expect to improve the competitiveness of organization by any human resources management methods. Among them, the training is the useful method to promote staff's knowledge and competitiveness of organization in the human resources management. Though gradual to pay attention to with training, many scholars have proposed researches about training information system. But, on the structure of these training information systems, the systems just only offer the assistance on training management. The knowledge of the staff after training aren’t stored and shared. So this research proposes a new training information system structure, which merging the network community and document management platform. Besides the function of the staff training, with this structure the enterprise can build the learning organizations by training course and use the network community to store and share knowledge, and then stimulate the knowledge innovated and developed. Finally, take this structure put forward of research to implementation the training information system, and confirm its feasibility.
