營造廠商電子詢報價系統規劃與實例

Abstract

隨著電腦資訊化發展蓬勃，營建工程資料處理方式得以邁向另一新世紀，利用電子化系統有許多優點，主要的優點不外乎減少錯誤的發生，降低處理時間及節省人力成本。而營建工程管理團隊的參與成員眾多，作業流程數量繁重，全程從調查測量、規劃設計、結構分析、圖說繪製、發包訂約、施工檢驗、驗收、計價…等作業，每一個作業又環環相扣，而營建電子化的推動，讓管理團隊在處理作業流程與相關作業時，可以達成縮短工期、降低成本及維持工程品質的目標。本研究將對營造廠商與供應商供應鏈關係做分析，針對採購資訊流流程電子化，達到簡潔、快速、明確的電子化目標。

As the rising and flourishing of computer information technology, the data processing in construction industry can be advanced to another new mile. There are lots of advantages about electronic transaction. The major advantages are reducing man-made mistakes, reducing paper sending time and save money. Because job managements in construction industry are complex, so this paper want to use electronic system to make procurement in constructor more convenient. And this paper will analyze constructor and supplier’s relationship and interaction. To find out what demand the want. After the preceding analysis and confirming their requirement, I will establish a website for electronic procurement system.
