探討雲端儲存服務使用者行為意圖之研究

Abstract

雲端儲存服務是近年來快速發展的雲端運算科技之一。雲端儲存服務讓使用者們可以藉由雲端技術在網際網路上儲存多元化的資料文件與檔案，並且提供文件檔案備份、檔案分享與資料同步化等功能，進而能夠協助使用者有效管理無論是在個人電腦、筆記型電腦亦或是智慧型手機等行動裝置中所有的資料文件與檔案。

因此本研究將藉由科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)與資訊系統成功模式(D&M IS Success Model)之整合，建構出完整之研究模型，並且使用網路問卷調查方法收集實際樣本資料，搭配結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)進行相關的敘述性統計、測量模式與結構模式分析，最後評估本研究問卷量表與樣本資料之信度、效度、模型適配度以及路徑分析結果，來加以驗證本研究假設成立與否，以期能夠更加深入了解使用者對於雲端儲存服務之使用行為意圖。

The cloud storage services is one of the rapid development in the cloud computing technology in recent years. The cloud storage services allows users to have various information documents and files which can be stored on the internet by cloud technology. Besides, cloud storage service can also provide the document file backup, file sharing, data synchronization, etc. Consequently, the cloud storage services can be able to assist users to effectively manage all documents and files in the personal desktop computer, notebook or smart phones.

This study will use the combination of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the D&M IS Success Model to build an integrate research model. A Web-based survey will be employed by this study, and the research model will be analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. And then the measurement model will be first examined for validity, reliability and fit indices of the scales, followed by the analysis of the structural model for testing the research hypotheses. After the hypotheses testing, we can discuss our research conclusion and may be able better understand the user's behavioral intention on cloud storage services.
