摘要: | 电脑整合制造(Computer Integrated Manufacturing,CIM)系统在工厂自动化中扮演了重要的角色,工厂内的所有生产环节皆可使用电脑整合系统控制。使用电脑整合系统控制生产时,生产过程中需要的资讯须事先定义在CIM的基础资料管理系统(Basic Record Management System)中,包含产品的制程,机台参数等。 个案公司原本流程为设定资料人员将工程师提供的资料转换为系统资料建置至Basic Record Management系统中,建置完成后经由工程师确认资料则正式生效至CIM系统。因制程资料众多且复杂,故原本流程会产生建置时间过久、容易建置错误、管理不易等问题。 故在此,本论文以个案公司为例,研究如何改造建置资料之流程,建置制程管理自动化系统,执行自动化的资料转换处理。且探讨系统导入的过程、遇到的问题及系统带给公司的效益。 Computer Integrated Manufacturing System plays an important role in automation factories. All production processes were able to be controlled by using this system. All the information that requires for production, such as process flow, routing, machine parameter and recipe, must be defined completely in the CIM Basic Record Management System if it is been used during the process. The case company hires assistants to convert and entry data, which provided by engineers, into Basic Record Management System. Data will be double checked by engineers and become effective afterwards. Due to numerous and complex of data, some issues were been addressed, such as high error rate of data, difficult to manage, and data converting takes a long time. The objective of this paper is how to improve the data importing process flow by using Web technology to build a system which automatically executing data converting. This paper also discusses about the difficulty and benefit of implementing this system. |
