摘要: | 半導體產業在 2000年後,開始面臨產品生命週期縮短、獲利衰減、世界整體經濟成長趨緩及提供新製程之原物料取得門檻提高等不同的挑戰。尤其在2008年後,因金融海嘯影響,全球經濟受到重大衝擊,這也使得半導體業者在經營上,不得不以”技術革新”及”價格優勢”等策略來迎戰其他的競爭業者。面對當前全球半導體產業的激烈廝殺,促使半導體產業朝向”奈米製程”及”高度系統整合”兩大技術趨勢發展;且隨著競爭週期的縮短,快速發展革新技術的需求也隨之提高。為提高此競爭優勢,企業更需在公司營運上下一番工夫,除提升產品競爭力、加速研發以進入下一世代外,如何掌握內部資源及產品的供應鏈管理也將是提升競爭力的最大助因。
本研究係以半導體產業上之化學品原料供應商A公司為研究對象,由資源基礎論、價值鏈、供應鏈、及SWOT分析,再加上專家訪談,以了解該公司在產業發展上的策略,並可藉由本研究結論進一步了解該公司之化學產品在半導體產業中之競爭力為何。 The Semiconductor industry has faced a lot of challenges since 2000, the products life cycle decreasing, the profitability decline, the world's overall economic slowdown and the raw materials cost increasing. After 2008, because of the financial tsunami, the global economy has been a significant impact. So the company of semiconductor industry try to use the strategy of the” Technology innovation” and the “Price advantage” to compete with the other Competitors. To face the serious competition of the semiconductor industry, those companies have to develop the “Nano-processes technology” and the "high-density system integration”. As the competition cycle shortens and the demand of rapid development of advance technology increased. And to enhance this competitive advantage, Companies need more focus on operation of the company. How to improve the product competition, speed-up research and development to the next generation, to control the internal resources and the supply chain management will be the mail content. This research is based on what is the role of the chemical supplier “Company A” in the semiconductor industry. And this study bases on the Resource-Based View, Value chain, Supply chain, and SWOT analysis for this company to understand the strategy of development of company A. Further, we can know more about what is the competitiveness of the chemical product of Company A from this research in the semiconductor industry. |
