dc.description.abstract手機產業已成為台灣高科技產業之重要支柱,由於手機市場變化迅速,手機光學零組件供應商必須依市場需求採取適當之競爭策略,才能獲得手機製造商之訂單,並長期保有競爭優勢。因此本論文之主要目的是由手機光學零組件供應商之觀點,利用態勢分析法(SWOT Analysis),策略三構面及四個競技場,發展出一套手機光學零組件供應商之競爭策略。本研究最後以台灣桃園某手機光學零組件公司為案例,來說明本研究所提出之方法確實有效。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe industry of mobile phone plays an important role in Taiwanese high-tech industry. In order to get the order from the mobile phone manufacturers and to keep the competitive advantage to in the market, the optical component suppliers must develop competitive strategies. From the viewpoint of optical component suppliers of mobile phone, this study proposed a procedure based on SWOT analysis, Three Dimensions of Strategy and Strategy Arenas Theory for suppliers of optical component to develop their competitive strategies. A case study of optical component suppliers in Taiwan is utilized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.en_US
