摘要: 松山机场成立于民国三十九年,为民航局在台设立的第一个航空站。该航站系台湾地区国内民航空运的枢纽机场,提供各大都市及离岛共10条航线及每天提供216个航班的服务。民国90年松山机场的总旅客数为1,009万人次。面对两岸间直航的需求、台北市与民航局之间地方事务问题的冲突及高铁的加入,本研究的目的在探讨松山机场的定位、成为两岸直航机场的可行性及寻求港市合作的方案。
Taipei Sung Shan Airport was the first airport established by Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) in 1950. It has now become the main domestic airport, providing 10 airlines and 216 daily flights to other cities in Taiwan. In 2001, the number of total passengers is 10 million passenger trips. Facing the changes of external environments such as the heavy transportation demand between Taiwan and China, the conflict urban development issues between Taipei City Government and CAA, and the introduction of high speed rail, the study aims at exploring the position of Taipei Sung Shan Airport, the feasibility of becoming the direct shipping airport across the straits, and the alternatives to achieve development harmonization between Taipei City and Sung Shan Airport.
