摘要: | 松山機場成立於民國三十九年,為民航局在台設立的第一個航空站。該航站係台灣地區國內民航空運的樞紐機場,提供各大都市及離島共10條航線及每天提供216個航班的服務。民國90年松山機場的總旅客數為1,009萬人次。面對兩岸間直航的需求、台北市與民航局之間地方事務問題的衝突及高鐵的加入,本研究的目的在探討松山機場的定位、成為兩岸直航機場的可行性及尋求港市合作的方案。 Taipei Sung Shan Airport was the first airport established by Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) in 1950. It has now become the main domestic airport, providing 10 airlines and 216 daily flights to other cities in Taiwan. In 2001, the number of total passengers is 10 million passenger trips. Facing the changes of external environments such as the heavy transportation demand between Taiwan and China, the conflict urban development issues between Taipei City Government and CAA, and the introduction of high speed rail, the study aims at exploring the position of Taipei Sung Shan Airport, the feasibility of becoming the direct shipping airport across the straits, and the alternatives to achieve development harmonization between Taipei City and Sung Shan Airport. |
