dc.description.abstract到了二十一世紀,拜數位科技所賜,影印機隨著趨勢的脈動邁入數位化,多功能事務機更將數位影印機結合了列印、掃描、傳真甚至是網路其中一些或是全部的功能。本研究針對我國雷射多功能事務機產業的發展策略進行深入的分析,經由資料蒐集與分析,探究產業環境、產業現況及發展趨勢,並以國內雷射多功能事務機ODM領導廠商T公司為例,利用藍海策略架構探討有效的行動架構以及其關鍵成功因素,並透過策略草圖,評析其在產業中各種競爭因素的相對表現,期為個案T公司以及國內業者在這詭譎多變的產業環境中發掘各別的藍海,以創造持續的競爭優勢。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAs the digital technology is blooming in 21st century, the powerful digital technology has been implemented in copier industry. The digital copier has integrated the other peripheral devices in order to serve comprehensive functions such as scanning, printing, copying, faxing, and networking. The versatile machine is called MFP – Multi-function Peripheral. This research takes Blue Ocean Strategy perspectives to explore the MFP industry. By studying the Taiwan leading ODM Company T, we have validated with the Four Actions Framework with key success factors of Company T for sustaining its competitive advantages.en_US
