摘要: | 工作流程管理是一个快速演进中的技术,并且在各式各样的企业里有越来越多的商业应用。工作流程管理联盟(WfMC)提出了一个工作流程参考模型和一组与工作流程相关的程式设计介面(API)来支援不同工作流程系统之间的相互沟通。但是它并没有清楚的定义了建构工作流程的方法。 这篇论文提出了两个建构工作流程应用系统的方法。第一个方法从文件的观点开始建构系统,并且适用于办公室自动化或是商业应用。第二个方法从流程的观点开始建构系统,并且适用于任务导向的应用。这两种方法都可以导出可使用的工作流程应用程式。 Workflow management is a fast evolving technology which is increasingly exploited for businesses in a variety of industries. Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) has proposed a workflow reference model and a set of workflow relevant APIs to support interoperation between different workflow systems. But it doesn’t clearly define the workflow process construction methodology. In this thesis, we propose two approaches to construct workflow processes running on workflow management systems. The first approach starts from the artifact aspect of the system and is suitable for office-automation or business applications. The second one starts from the process aspect of the system and is suitable for mission-oriented applications. Both of these approaches will derive to workable workflow applications. |
