摘要: 本論文研究之宗旨為探討台灣紡織業競爭力提升的策略。首先藉由產業文獻分析與經驗豐富的紡織業高階經理人員之訪談來釐清產業瓶頸及探討現狀。再以台灣紡織業龍頭—遠東集團之遠東紡織事業部門(包含化纖、紡纖產品)為研究主軸,研究的範圍貫穿上、中、下游整體;研究的方法採文獻分析法與人物訪談法。 針對個案公司分析的項目包含企業競爭力、全球運籌管理、企業文化、企業再造、SWOT及五力分析等,將其關鍵成功因素與核心競爭力做匯總。研究發現,遠紡主要的競爭優勢如下:(1)完善的垂直與水平整合策略(2)雄厚的資金與財務靈活度(3)素質高的專業人才之培育(4)策略聯盟以補強價值鏈最弱的環節(5)明確的組織文化(6)多項特殊的研發(7)企業E化的成效(8)積極佈局的全球運籌。 回顧針對「競爭力提升策略之研討」所做的訪談內容,受訪者共同的認知為:(1)差異化紡品的生產(2)快速回應的能力(3)品牌與通路的擴充。 將訪談內容結合遠紡研究的發現,並參照紡織業現狀,提出建言供產、官、學作為「協助台灣紡織業提升競爭力」之參考。
The purpose of this essay is to analyze the strategies of upgrading competitive advantages in Taiwan’s textile industry. First of all, the essay is based on the documents of industry analysis and interviews with experienced executive managers in textile industry to determine bottleneck existed in the industry. Second, Far Eastern Textile Co. Ltd(included fiber,textile,apparel products)is used as a case study in this essay. Items analyzed include competitive advantages of this company、logistics、enterprise culture、reengineering、SWOT and five-force analysis. All important elements derived from these analysis are categorized as key successful factors(KSF)and core competencies. Competitive advantages found in this study of Far Eastern Textile Co. Ltd are:(1)Well-organized vertical and horizontal integration(2)great capital investment and financial flexibility(3)good training on well-educated employees(4)strategic alliances(5)detail-oriented organization culture sharing(6) R&D(7)contribution to E-Enterprise/Business (8)fully-planned logistics.
