摘要: | 本论文目的在探讨利用一个简单的方法去估计一个共振二阶系统的自然频率以及阻尼比。在陀螺仪和加速度计中结构的瑕疵以及黏滞阻尼会降低微机电系统的性能。利用锁相回路当作微机电系统装置的驱动电路,我们可以利用追踪频率去估计一个共振二阶系统的自然频率以及阻尼比。接下来我们利用一个电路去完成我们所提议的方法,以及利用此电路去估计一个二阶系统的自然频率以及阻尼比。 This study presents a simple method to evaluate the natural frequency and the damping ratio of a second order system considering resonant excitation. Structural imperfection and the viscous damping can dramatically reduce the performance of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) in gyro or accelerometer applications. Using the phase locked loops (PLL) as the electrical driving circuit of the MEMS devices, the tracking frequency can be used to calculate the natural frequency and the damping ratio. The proposed method is implemented using a simple circuit. |
