摘要:	因為次波長(subwavelength)尺度變化的界定之重要性，我們基於先前的初步研究成果提出一個二年計畫。預計針對次波長度變化就遠場下繞射的特徵作界定、並進而開發利用遠場繞射特徵去回溯繞射孔徑的次波長度變化的各個可能方法。
