摘要:	本研究主要探討資訊團隊的政治知覺、工作意義、團隊創新氣候等，對於團隊產出的績效會有怎樣的影響。根據實證結果與研究發現，本研究提出管理意涵與研究限制。 This Study discussion how the political perception, the meaning of work, and team innovation climate of IT teams, influence the performance of work teams. Base on its empirical result and research findings, this study provides managerial implications and research limitations.
